  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO voice process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer and Internet knowledge
  • Previous customer service experience
