What to expect / your job purpose / Context

We are looking for a highly experienced technical specialised engineer in the field of plant production/Operation to strengthen our Production & Operation Process.

As part of the team who will manage the preparation, Operation/manufacturing of product with brand new equipments into our new plant & existing plant, You will directly be involved in this unique opportunity. After commissioning, you will ensure SOP without any failure and facilitate production ramp up. Thereafter you will be support to operations of product & continuous improvement.

Your team will consist of 10-15 direct reportees in the beginning who are basically operators. You will be based in Pithampur, at our site dedicated to Clad products. With a community of 250 employees in 2024, our subsidiary company Innovative Clad Solutions Pvt. Ltd. & Aperam Alloys India Pvt. Ltd.  which is situated in the Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh region in India and produces high added value products for the domestic and international market in the field of electronics, automotive, electrical OEMs, etc.

• Planning of the Manpower as per need and maintain the shift schedule.
• To handle the production as per production schedule and operation of the machine.
• To check all parameter of online quality.
• Planning the Raw material as per forecast from Marketing.
• Releasing respective process flow for the dedicated material.
• Ordering Raw material as per customer orders
• Planning with purchase, production, process & quality and conveying the product lead time to marketing.
• Working hand in hand with purchase to procure correct material at correct time.
• Managing the inventory & keeping track of finished goods.
• Updating the master process sheets with the latest updates from customer.
• New products development in terms of planning and taking the process flows from process engineering.
• Must be capable of planning and introducing efficient production methods to maximize company output.
• Must develop and introduce methods to increase productivity at the production line.
• Should take the responsibility of making sure the production is cost effective and feasible to the organization.
• Must keep a check on all machines involved in production and utilize technical knowledge effectively to maximize productivity and profit.
• To co-ordinate with concern department for timely production.
• To maintain all data & record as per required ISO. 
• Responsible for handling and monitoring out the overall manufacturing & process cycle for production.
• He has to deal with different departments of the company such as sales department, procurement department and so on in order to update himself if any of the changes are required with the product.
• His responsibility is to manage the production plan in the best possible way so that it could fulfill all the requirements of customers to its fullest.  
• He is responsible for managing out the audits within different manufacturing industries for updating himself with the requirements of the customers. 
• He responsible for perfect scheduling of the product including RM procurement plan.
• To co-ordination with all department for successful planning of production.

• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical from a reputed University. 
• Minimum years of experience – 04-12 Years
• Certifications needed / technical knowledge / tools knowledge- ISO Internal Auditor/KAIZEN/5S/TPM/Six Sigma etc
• Communication or leadership skills
• Other skills considered as a plus - Excellence Analytical Skills/ Collaborative approach/ People management skills/ Decision making ability.
• Languages required: Excellence in  English & Hindi (Local Language)
