Job Positions :

1) GET Production - Roles & Responsibility:

  • Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components.
  • Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Senior.
  • Maintain system and product data base by writing computer programs and entering data.
  • Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
  • You have to work in different departments of a company i.e. production, quality control, machine etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills and go getter attitude required.

2) GET QC - Roles & Responsibility:

  • Inspection of incoming RAW material, Review of Material Test Certificates & preparation of material reports.
  • Preparation of all Quality documents as per codes, Standard & client specifications.
  • Inspection of all shop floor stage activities as per Job & Drawing.
  • Coordination with Client / TPI for witnessing stage inspection & final inspection activities.
  • Preparation & maintaining QC documents & Auditing records.
  • Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc.

3) GET Design & Detailing - Roles & Responsibility:

  • Make part model & assemblies
  • Make part drawing, assembly drawing & fabrication drawing
  • Analyzing data and writing report according to specification.
  • Minimizing errors in drawing & suggesting improvements.
  • Assemblies of columns, Trusses and industrial structures drawings
  • Completing all task set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.

4) Technical Trainer - Roles & Responsibility:

  • Design training schedules, agendas, and materials
  • Conduct induction and technical training for new joiners
  • Plan and deliver employee development programs
  • Coordinate with trainers and maintain MIS trackers
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and propose training solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Support management in identifying employee skill gaps and performance enhancement

Requirements & Skills:

  • Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech/Diploma-(Mechanical)
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematics.
  • Experience in technical field.
  • Must have presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CAD & CAM Softwares.
