Lead a team of mechanical technicians and workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Assign and review daily tasks, provide guidance, and ensure appropriate training for team members.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Conduct inspections, identify mechanical issues, and ensure that repairs are carried out effectively.
- Manage the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by the mechanical team.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that maintenance activities meet company and industry standards.
- Review and approve work orders, repair reports, and maintenance logs.
- Provide technical support and guidance for troubleshooting mechanical failures.
- Oversee the repair, installation, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source required parts and materials for repairs.
- Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments of mechanical operations.
- Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices among the team.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mechanical operations and equipment status.
- Document and report any mechanical hazards or issues to senior management.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Order and track necessary materials for ongoing and future projects.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of mechanical parts and equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in mechanical operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
