Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones etc. Monitor program performance, identify risks to ensure successful outcomes.Facilitate regular meetings, including status updates, strategy sessions, and stakeholder reviews. Data preparation – Excel, Power BI, Power point etc.

Design and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor program performance and key metrics using advanced excel skills

Liaise with internal teams & stakeholders

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of program components

  • Assignment duration -1 year extendable upto 2 years
  • Start date ImmediatePackage-5-8 Lac

Per annum depending on experience

Desired EXP5-6 Years relevant into L&D DomainConfident, and passionate with a creative bent of mind.Flexible in approach and time

Strong on Management and must possess proactive behavior

Excellent communication skills with intermediate level knowledge of using Power BI and Excel for generating data insights of training programs , should have had some exposure in training/L&D
