Proposal Writer

- 2 to 7 years of experience in proposal development including exposure to leading proposals across different service lines
- Excellent English language grammar writing and communication skills
- Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones
- Provide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value proposition
- Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.)
- Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities at the same time
- Experience working with various levels of leadership, including Senior Managers & Partners
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPoint
Work Timing: 4PM - 1AM (US Shift)
Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
