The Client Strategy & Insights (CSI) team belongs to the Sales Strategy organization. Our team supports client-facing teams with insights driven analysis, actionable narratives, & collateral. We deliver innovative and trusted world class services that enable our client facing teams to foster client relationships and help people get jobs

We collaborate with functions across Indeed to give Sales & Client Success (CS) the knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed. We are looking for passionate individuals who are strategic problem solvers, and are enthusiastic about partnering with Sales & CS to provide solutions and help them sell.

**Your Job**:
As a collaborative team member, you will work effectively across all levels of Indeed as you research, write, and curate critical content under tight deadlines. You will proactively engage with key Indeed stakeholders to ensure our bid responses are of the highest quality and that sensitive data is properly handled. You must be an impactful writer with the ability to convey multiple solutions, security, and compliance information in an easy-to-read, easy-to-follow, client-focused format. You must be able understand RFx requirements, synthesize technical discussions, leverage existing content, and create new content.

**How a Proposal Writer Works**

**Craft client centric, data driven narratives**
- Use your strong storytelling skills to position products into simple, client-centric narratives and ensure content aligns with employer pain and business objectives. Content is not limited to: PPT presentations, reporting templates, talk tracks, infographics, and multimedia assets.
- Act as an expert in Indeed’s Storyboard framework and brand guidelines while overseeing RFx content operations including creation, design, localization, distribution, and maintenance.
- Innovate to constantly improve our approach to RFx responses
- Continuously curate, grow, and update our team library of approved content, driving and organizing RFx proposal content to maximize reuse effectiveness and utility

**Drive innovations to win revenue**
- Leverage content reporting to regularly review content health and collect feedback from the field to identify content opportunities and propose new solutions.
- Be a highly organized project manager who can and run multiple RFx responses at once while creating content plans, leveraging resources and meeting deadlines.
- Scope incoming content requests and determine the most scalable solutions to help meet both local and global RFx content needs.

**Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal**
- Build trusting relationships with your peers and work effectively across remote and global teams.
- Be a strong client advocate and use data to make informed decisions across several segments and industries.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills and an open, collaborative attitude to ensure success when you engage with partners from across the company.

**Who You Are**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of B2B proposal writing, technical writing, or business storytelling experience at a company (or consultancy) selling large enterprise contracts.
- Proven writing, editing, copy editing, project management, and production experience.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects.
- Familiarity with RFx collaboration tools and content databases
- Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
- BA/BS - English, Technical Writing, Marketing, or Communications.

**Desired but not required**
- Knowledge of recruiting industry with proven work experience a plus
- Experience with RFx Management software such as RFPIO
- Familiarity with Salesforce

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
