About the Role:
Xonier Technologies is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in software and IT services sales. As a BDM, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with direct clients, and closing high-value deals.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the software and IT services space
- Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events
- Understand client needs and propose customized software and IT solutions
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations to prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and product) to ensure service excellence
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM entries, pipeline updates, and sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of sales experience in software and IT services
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client acquisition, and solution selling
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise software sales
- Existing network of direct clients or partnerships in relevant sectors
- Experience in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
