About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales of construction materials, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs.
Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction materials and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
