Key Responsibilities

1 Social Media & Digital Marketing Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Develop effective strategies for social media marketing, content marketing, mobile marketing, and email marketing.
  • Manage SEO (on-page/off-page optimization) to boost online visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools.
  • Implement and optimize sales funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Create and manage blogging and vlogging content for brand visibility.

2 Training & Mentoring

  • Deliver engaging and up-to-date training sessions on Digital & Social Media Marketing tools and strategies.
  • Guide students through live projects and help them become job-ready professionals.
  • Evaluate students' progress and provide career-oriented support to meet current industry requirements.

3 Creative & Design Support

  • Design and edit visuals, creatives, and promotional materials using Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Create and edit videos using Final Cut Pro (FCP) or Adobe Premiere Pro for marketing and training content.

Required Skills & Expertise

Proven hands-on experience in:

  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Mobile & Content Marketing
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • SEO (On-page/Off-page Optimization)
  • Google Ads & Analytics
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Blogging, Vlogging & Funnel Building
  • Proficiency in:

  • Photoshop, Illustrator (Graphic Design)

  • Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro (Video Editing)

Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and toolsQualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / SEO is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (agency or educational background preferred).
