Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Officer to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our RCC and PEB construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the construction industry, excellent client-handling skills, and proven ability in business development and branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote RCC and PEB construction projects
  • Identify new business opportunities, leads, and project tenders
  • Coordinate with sales, estimation, and technical teams for proposals and presentations
  • Handle client meetings, negotiations, and relationship management
  • Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing, and industry trends
  • Prepare marketing reports, MIS, and performance analysis
  • Support branding, digital marketing, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Represent the company at industry events and client discussions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering (preferred)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in marketing/business development within the construction industry (RCC / PEB preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, BOQs, tenders, and contracts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in institutional, industrial, or commercial construction projects
  • Knowledge of government and private tenders
  • Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities
