About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Engagement Manager to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and key clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving strategic value for both the client and our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project requirements, goals, and expectations.
  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and anticipating business needs.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, handle escalations, and provide regular status updates to internal and external parties.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, design, and business units to deliver outcomes.
  • Monitor project KPIs, budgets, timelines, and ensure adherence to contract terms.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by understanding clients business environments, goals, and pain points.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in client engagement, project management, or delivery management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex engagements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
  • Domain knowledge in any industry, e.g., IT services, fintech, healthcare, a plus.
  • Willingness to work with global clients across time zones.
