Are you passionate about helping organizations create innovative digital experiences with one of the leading market platforms? Progress is seeking a dynamic, enterprising, and AI-literate Senior Product Manager to join the Sitefinity team a cornerstone of our Digital Experience portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a leading product in our suite while directly collaborating with a talented team of engineers in Sofia, Bulgaria, where the development group is located. This position has a worldwide reach and reports to Sr. Director of Product.

In this role, you will:

• Product Strategy: Participate in developing and communicating the product vision and strategy for Sitefinity as well as the functional components you are owning, using market research, customer feedback, and defined business goals.

• Roadmap Planning: Participate in creating and managing our product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives, customer needs, and market trends.

• Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to shape product enhancements and improvements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage and work with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and support teams to drive product development, launch, and adoption.

• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

• Feature Definition: Work closely with development and UX to define detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritize features, and exercise trade-offs as needed. Utilize data to measure the impact of the features and initiatives, make informed decisions to optimize product performance.

• Release Delivery: Ensure the quality of delivered user stories via a required sign-off for the definition of done, including review of the release notes and documentation.

• Product Evangelism: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the product positioning and messaging, participate in webinars, conferences, and other events.

Your background:

• Proven track record in customer-focused product management, growth motion, and product experimentation. B2B and SaaS product experience will be highly valuable.

• Demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving common goals. Effectiveness in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences and knowledge of how software is built. Experiences with the latest AI technologies (LLM, agents, analytics) are very desirable.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Passionate about delivering value to customers and enhancing user experiences.

• Fluency in English.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Location: Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria, where the development group is based.
