Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and statutory compliances. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding :

Managing the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing.

Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.

Ensuring a smooth joining and induction process for new employees.

2. HR Operations & Documentation :

Maintaining employee records, HR files, and HRIS data.

Preparing office circulars, notices, and certificates.

Managing attendance, leave records, and weekly/monthly HR reports.

3. Payroll & Compliance :

Coordinating with finance/account teams for monthly payroll inputs.

Handling PF, ESI, professional tax, and other statutory compliances.

Ensuring timely submission of compliance reports.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare :

Conducting activities for employee motivation and engagement.

Addressing employee queries and grievances professionally.

Ensuring a healthy, safe, and positive work environment.

5. Performance Management :

Assisting in performance appraisal cycles.

Tracking employee KPIs and maintaining performance-related records.

6. Exit Formalities :

Managing resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

Updating employee records and experience letters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.

1–5 years of experience in HR generalist roles (preferred).

Good knowledge of HR policies, compliances, and payroll processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP.
