Job Title: Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Location: Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliations.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure accurate tax filings.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax regulations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses against budget and highlight variances.

Cash Flow & Bank Operations

  • Manage company cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
  • Handle banking operations including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams for expense approvals and vendor payments.
  • Support management in financial decision-making through reports and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in accounting/finance (preferably in the service/healthcare industry).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
