Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Gurugram. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. They will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing financial insights to support business growth. Additionally, the role entails ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll management
  • Experience in tax compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting audits
  • Excellent analytical skills to provide financial insights for business growth
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
