Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and supporting audits and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records (journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations).
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor budgets and assist with financial forecasting.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Support management with financial reports and data for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA- Inter)
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Office Location: Gurgaon (1.5 KM from Huda and IFFCO metro station)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM-7:30 PM.
