Job Title: Accountant

Location: Sector 108, Dharampur, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122006

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations at a premium residential site in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CAM billing and residential facility management accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including ledger entries and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and manage Common Area Maintenance (CAM) billing and monthly maintenance invoices.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank statements.
  • Generate financial reports and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with the site management team for budget planning and expense control.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Mandatory experience in CAM billing and residential site accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day | 26 days a month |
