About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled
.NET Tech Lead
to lead a team of developers and drive the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications, including AI/ML integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using .NET Core / ASP.NET
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI API)
  • Define technical standards, design patterns, and coding guidelines
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve software development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience in solution architecture, microservices, or modular architectures
  • Experience integrating AI/ML into applications (NLP, chatbots, recommendation engines)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and NoSQL systems
  • Experience in code reviews, mentoring, and team leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
