Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Employment type: Full-time (On-roll, not contract)

Work type: Work from Office – must be flexible for night shifts (not permanent night shift)

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Compensation: : ₹16 LPA – 18 LPA

Qualification: Graduation

Key Responsibilities

Leadership (40%)

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers and validation engineers.
  • Conduct sprint planning, reviews, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and ensure development best practices.
  • Drive career growth, team performance, and innovation culture.

Hands-on Development (60%)

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and coding standards.
  • Implement CI/CD, testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices.
  • Stay updated with modern technologies and frameworks.

Mandatory (in-depth knowledge – must score high in evaluation):

  • C#, SQL, MySQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, Web API

Preferred:

  • .NET Core, Python, Git, SDLC knowledge, Testing exposure

Good to Have:

  • PHP (legacy support), Selenium (automation tools), Azure AI Foundry / Amazon Bedrock (LLM implementation)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years
     of software development experience.
  • 2+ years
     of proven leadership experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
