Role: Engineering Lead / Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled
Engineering Lead
to architect, build, and scale our multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform and lead a high-performance engineering team.


What You'll Do

  • Architect and build a cloud-native, multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform
  • Lead microservices, API-first, domain-driven architecture
  • Establish engineering excellence: TDD/BDD, clean coding, automation, GitOps
  • Own Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
  • Implement Playwright-driven automated testing frameworks
  • Build integrations with financial, procurement, and external APIs
  • Drive observability: monitoring, tracing, centralized logging
  • Ensure performance, security, high-availability, and DR readiness


Requirements

  • 5+ years full-stack engineering experience, 2+ years in leadership
  • Strong in
    Azure, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Hands-on with
    Java, , React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant systems, and automation frameworks
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving mindset


Nice to Have

  • Playwright automation experience
  • GraphQL, event-driven systems, Kafka/Azure Service Bus
  • Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, service mesh
  • Exposure to AI/ML analytics
