Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Hands-on Coding experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Architect and implement RESTful microservices and event-driven systems using Kafka.
  • Apply design patterns and best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee containerized deployments using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
  • Manage database design and optimization using PostgreSQL.
  • Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide technical leadership in resolving them.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Kafka.
  • Solid understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
  • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Jenkins for CI/CD automation.
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability strategies.
