Job Title: Performance-Based Partner Lead Full Stack Developer (Web + Mobile Apps)

We are building a powerful, production-grade platform with:

• 3 Mobile Apps

• Customer App Android & iOS

• Captain App (service partner / driver app) Android & iOS

• Admin App Android only, a miniature version of the admin panel

• 2 Web Applications

• Admin Panel Web Application full-fledged control panel
• Public Portfolio / Marketing Website to showcase the product and acquire customers

We are looking for one strong Full Stack Developer who can own, architect, and build all of this end-to-end as a business-level partner, not just as an employee.

This is a performance-based partnership opportunity. There is no fixed salary initially. Earnings will be through revenue share, commission, and long-term partnership benefits. Once the product starts generating steady revenue and collections, the remuneration structure can be revised to include fixed salary + share, based on mutual agreement and performance.

Role Overview:

As the Lead Full Stack Developer & Technology Partner, you will:

• Be the primary owner of the entire tech stack web, mobile apps, backend, and deployment.
• Translate product vision into clean, scalable architecture and code.

• Independently drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of:

• Customer App (Android & iOS)

• Captain App (Android & iOS)
• Admin App (Android only, lightweight)
• Admin Panel Web Portal

• Marketing / Portfolio Website

• Work closely with the founder/product owner to convert business requirements into technical milestones and deliver those milestones with high ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product & Architecture Ownership

2. Understand the complete product vision (customer flow, captain flow, admin operations, pricing, tracking, payments, reports, etc.).

3. Design overall system architecture covering:

4. Mobile apps (Customer, Captain, Admin)

5. Web apps (Admin Portal & Portfolio website)
6. Backend APIs & database

7. Authentication, authorization, and role-based access

8. Set up and maintain a monorepo / multi-app repo with shared components and common libraries where practical.

9. Web Development (Admin Panel + Portfolio Website)

10. Build a responsive, modern Admin Panel web app with modules such as:

11. User & Captain management

12. Orders / bookings management
13. Pricing configuration
14. Tracking & status dashboards
15. Payments, settlements, refunds overview

16. Basic analytics & reports

17. Build a clean, fast, SEO-friendly marketing / portfolio website to present:

18. Product overview

19. Features and flows

20. Contact / lead capture

21. Suggested stack (you can adapt): React / (or similar modern framework).

22. Mobile App Development (Customer, Captain & Admin)

23. Build:

24. Customer App (Android & iOS) browsing, booking/ordering, live status, payments, notifications, history etc.

25. Captain App (Android & iOS) onboarding, trip/order handling, navigation support, earnings, incentives etc.

26. Admin App (Android only) a miniature of the web admin panel, focused on key metrics and controls on the go.

27. Suggested stack: React Native / Flutter or equivalent cross-platform framework for Android & iOS.

28. Handle Play Store and App Store app build, signing, and publishing processes (or be willing to take ownership and learn).

29. Backend, APIs & Database

30. Design and build secure REST/GraphQL APIs for all apps and portals.

31. Implement core modules such as:

32. Authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth, role-based access)

33. User & Captain management
34. Orders / bookings lifecycle
35. Pricing & surcharge logic
36. Basic tracking logic integration (GPS / location updates)
37. Payments integration (e.g. Razorpay, etc.)

38. Notifications (e.g. FCM, email, SMS via third-party APIs)

39. Design normalized, scalable database schemas. Suggested stacks:

40. Backend: with TypeScript (Express / NestJS) or Django / similar

41. Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL + Redis (for caching / queues) as required.

42. DevOps, Quality & Performance

43. Set up and manage:

44. Server / cloud environment (e.g. DigitalOcean / AWS / similar)

45. CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile apps

46. Basic monitoring, logs, and error tracking

47. Follow coding best practices:

49. Code reviews (once team grows)

50. Linting, formatting, and testing

51. Ensure all applications are:

52. Secure (basic OWASP hygiene)

53. Performant on low-end devices and average networks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience (6+ years) across both web and mobile app development.
• Proven ability to build at least one full product end-to-end (web + backend + mobile preferred), either individually or as a lead.

• Hands-on expertise in:

• Frontend: React / / similar

• Mobile: React Native / Flutter (Android & iOS)
• Backend: (Express/Nest) or Django or similar modern backend framework
• Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL (schema design, joins, indexing, basic optimization)

• Git and branching workflows.

• Experience with API design, authentication, and integration with third-party services (payments, notifications, maps, etc.).

• Comfort with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (or strong willingness to own this end-to-end).
• Ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and deliver without micro-management.

Should Have:

• Experience with:

• Real-time tracking / sockets / live updates

• Analytics dashboards and basic data visualization
• Testing frameworks (unit/integration tests)

• NGINX / Docker / basic DevOps.

• Prior experience in:

• Startups

• Performance-based or equity-based roles
• Logistics / mobility / on-demand service platforms.

Remuneration & Partnership Model:

This is not a traditional salaried job.

• No fixed salary initially.

• Earnings are via:

• Revenue share from clients/projects generated through this product

• Performance-based commissions linked to milestones and product success

• Potential long-term partnership / equity-like benefits for consistent contributors.

• Once the product starts generating steady revenue and credit inflows, the model can be revised to include:

• A fixed monthly salary, plus

• Continued revenue share / incentive based on mutually agreed terms.

Note:

Work Mode – Onsite Presence

This is not a remote-only role. You are expected to work regularly from our office to collaborate closely, review progress, and develop the product end-to-end. Occasional remote work may be considered, but the default expectation is regular in-office presence during core working hours until the product is stable in production.
