Role Overview
As a
Team Leader – Full Stack
, you will lead a team of software engineers while actively contributing to solution design, coding, and deployment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure technical excellence across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–8 engineers, driving technical excellence and accountability.
  • Architect, design, and implement web applications using .NET Core (C#), , and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
  • Own code quality, design reviews, and best practice enforcement across the team.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and ECS.
  • Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and skill development initiatives within the GCC.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, and API design & development.
  • Proficiency in , JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end build ecosystems.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization).
  • Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, RDS).
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to guide a team both technically and strategically.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
  • Experience in SaaS or healthcare product engineering.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Developer/Architect) are a plus.
  • Maintain and manage past code written in Angular.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
