About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant Intern who is eager to gain real-world experience in admin support, communication, project coordination, and digital tools. This internship is ideal for students who want to explore the fast-growing world of virtual support.

You'll be assisting in daily operations, client communications, scheduling, data entry, and other support tasks while learning the ins and outs of what makes a successful virtual assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to team members

  • Handle email correspondence, data entry, and calendar management

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing appointments

  • Research and compile data for reports or client files

  • Update spreadsheets, CRM tools, and project trackers

  • Participate in weekly team check-ins or client meetings (as needed)

  • Support the creation of documents, presentations, and task lists

  • Maintain confidentiality and professional communication

What You'll Learn

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Admin, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (not required)

  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Tech-savvy and open to using online tools
