Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70

  • by the end of Q2 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Atlassian migrations (Server to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud)
  • Configure Jira projects, workflows, permissions, security schemes, and custom fields
  • Provide ongoing administration and support for Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian products
  • Manage user access, roles, and integrations across systems
  • Monitor and maintain on prem and cloud-based IT infrastructure and tools
  • Provide remote IT helpdesk support and systems troubleshooting for distributed teams
  • Implement and enforce security best practices and IT policies
  • Document processes and maintain system configuration records Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Atlassian product suite, especially Jira and Confluence administration
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian cloud migrations
  • Strong understanding of Jira configuration, project setup, permission schemes, and automation
  • General IT administration skills including cloud systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Okta/SSO, Zendesk, VPNs, AV, etc.)
  • Experience supporting remote teams and managing remote systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environmentWhat we need-~35 hours of work per week.
