Our Client, an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company , is looking to engage with TA/Recruitment Consultant. Required to handle end to end recruitment for roles in Supply Chain, HR, Procurement and other support functions.

  • Understand the roles and skills
  • coordinate with external partners and leverage platforms as needed
  • for the first round of screening and shortlisting
  • directly interact with business stakeholders
  • manage the full cycle of recruitment incl.

negotiations, rolling out offers, supporting onboarding as needed. Years of Experience:

Duration- Minimum 3 months, extendable

Preferred Start Date- 14/15 AprilPharma and FMCG exp is expected

Skills Required1-A university degree holder in H.R./ Business Administration.2-Minimum of 8-10 years of HR Operations related experience (Talent Acquisition),3-Communication skills in English.
