Job Description:

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Software Sales Specialist to join our Indian office. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
  • Identify and generate leads, build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Close sales deals and negotiate contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer support and consult clients on their needs
  • Demonstrate the features and advantages of our software solutions
  • Collaborate closely with technical and support teams
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Experience in software or technology sales, and solid understanding of general sales strategies
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Familiarity with software systems and solution architectures
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams and adapt to client requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline
