Hiring for both International Blended Process.

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through various channels such as calling,email, chat, voice and non-voice processes.
  • Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on blended process (calling+email + chat).
  • Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO Customer Service or related field.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via multiple channels (email, chat,calls).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • 12th passouts, any graduates/post-graduates are eligible.
  • Candidates should be comfortable in night shifts.

Job Details:

  • Any 5 days of working
  • Any 2 days of Week off
  • Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
  • Rotational Shifts/ Week-off
  • Salary CTC to 35000 CTC
  • Location- Kolkata
