
AM - D2C Channel & Growth Manager

Job Description:
- Website Management & Optimization:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify D2C websites.
- Implement and continuously improve UI/UX to enhance shopper journeys and
- maximize conversion rates.
- Manage on-page SEO, content deployment, product listings, and websitemerchandising.
- Drive off-page strategies including link-building, digital PR, and partnerships toboost site authority and traffic.
- Growth & Revenue Management:
- Identify and execute growth and retention levers to improve customer acquisition,engagement, and lifetime value.
- Plan monthly bottom up revenue for the website at product category, customercohorts and funnel level
- Analyze sales data, user behavior, and site performance to optimize revenue andprofitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increaseaverage order value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with internal / external performance marketing stakeholders to plan andreview digital marketing spends for driving growth
- Liaise with CRM partners to coordinate personalized marketing campaigns and
- loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the brand design / product team to understand and incorporatecategory focus (new launches, core products, etc.)
- Collaborate with technology teams and Shopify partners to implement new
- features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance site performance.
- Manage relationships with payment gateway providers to ensure smooth andsecure transactions.
- Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead deployment of new site features, upgrades, and marketing campaigns,ensuring timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to align allD2C efforts.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Use data-driven decision-making to recommend and implement improvements.
