Service Desk Engineer

Trained candidates should have Service Desk skills will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support. The role will also involve working with information technology and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
JD for PA level,
- 24x7 Support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ITIL Incident, Service Request Management.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop pcs, laptops, and networks in a heterogenous technology environment
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Conduct on floor support on resolving the reported issues.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Proven work experience as a Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Upon RMA part received will coordinate
- VMS pass
- Knowledge on defined SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
