Services are majorly specialize in Data Privacy, GDPR & IPR support, Contracts Drafting, Legal Research, Document Review, and various other legal services. Provides consulting services for small to mid cap businesses on DPO, ROPA, DPIA, PIA documentation, privacy notices, and data processing agreements. Expertise also includes IPR & GI legal support, technology contracts, data privacy consulting, and policy framing.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: This is a full-time remote role for a Co-founder & Law firm Partner at 
FIAT LEXICA
. The Co-founder & Law firm Partner will be responsible for overseeing legal services to particular jurisdictions - 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 & 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 majorly, related to Data Privacy, GDPR, IPR, Contracts, and consulting. Daily tasks will likely include providing legal support, conducting research, document review, and managing various legal projects remotely.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 :

Acts as both a co-founder and senior partner, with an ownership stake in building the law firm.

Shares in the profits and losses of the firm based on agreed equity split.

Plays a major role in establishing the firm's vision, culture, and strategic growth pathways.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Drives business development and manages key client relationships.

Provides legal expertise and leads significant client matters.

Participates in firm management, decision-making, and strategic planning.

Recruits, supervises, and develops legal teams and associates.

Oversees financial strategies and monitors performance.

Sets and upholds ethical, professional, and compliance standards for the firm.

𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬

Receives equity in return for capital contribution and/or sweat equity (ongoing operational involvement).

Equity split can be equal or weighted based on initial investment, role, experience, and other contributions.

Maintains voting rights and a say in key operational decisions proportional to equity holding.

𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

May require a cash investment, contribution of client portfolio, or recognized intangible assets (e.g., reputation, domain specialization).

The required investment and equity percentage are typically negotiated and documented at the firm's founding.

Early profits may be lower as the firm grows; returns align with long-term performance and profit-sharing.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Analytical Skills and Research abilities.

Strong Communication skills.

Experience in Sales and Marketing, legal content management is added

Previous experience in the legal field.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Understanding of Data Privacy regulations.

Hands-on experience with Australian & Canadian - Intellectual Property Rights and Data Privacy Laws.
