• Hardware Systems: Rugged VPX chassis, FPGA and AI accelerator cards, Arm-based telecom and DU modules.

The Opportunity

We are inviting a Co-Founder (Investment Partner) to join our core leadership team — an individual who can contribute strategic capital, domain expertise, and growth leadership as we scale Bharyat into a global deep-tech powerhouse.

This role is not advisory or symbolic; it entails both active strategic participation and a meaningful financial investment that aligns with our long-term growth vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment & Strategic Capital Formation:

Contribute direct investment into Bharyat and co-lead external fundraising (Seed to Series A) from strategic and institutional investors.

• Growth & Market Expansion:

Co-create Bharyat's India-plus-Global roadmap — expanding our presence across semiconductor, AI, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

• Corporate Development:

Identify and negotiate joint ventures, technology alliances, and partnerships with global OEMs and defense clients.

• Governance & Leadership:

Participate in board-level strategy, policy, and operational oversight as Bharyat scales from startup to enterprise.

• Vision & Ecosystem Building:

Work alongside founders to shape Bharyat's identity as India's leading deep-tech and Make-in-India engineering brand.

Ideal Profile

• Background as an investor, founder, or CXO in hardware, semiconductors, AI/ML, or industrial design/manufacturing.

• Capability and readiness to make a direct financial investment in Bharyat at this stage of growth.

• Deep understanding of India's engineering, defense, and electronics ecosystems and experience building cross-border relationships.

• Strategic thinker with proven experience in scaling tech ventures or raising capital.

• Collaborative, long-term mindset focused on value creation and national-scale impact.
