At LeafyLand, we aim to revolutionize the practices of greening and farming with innovative solutions and a commitment to environmental sustainability.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and visionary Co-founder with investment expertise to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Mumbai office. The individual will be integral in shaping the company's strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring its success. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, identifying market opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies. The role also requires active collaboration with our expert team and partners in achieving shared goals and ensuring operational excellence in all projects.Qualifications- Strong analytical skills for strategic planning, decision-making, and assessing business opportunities - Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, team members, and clients - Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies - Proficiency in research to identify trends, understand market needs, and explore innovative solutions - Proactive leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and execute long-term plans - Familiarity with the landscaping, agriculture, or related industries is a plus - Financial acumen to oversee investment decisions and manage resources effectively
