No shortcuts.Just serious traders, structured systems, and a culture built on consistency.We are based in Bangalore and preparing to scale globally across Forex, crypto, Indices, and prop-funded traders.We're looking for a Co-Founder who wants to build this with conviction, clarity, and skin in the game.Who We Are Looking ForSomeone who thinks like a founder, not an employee.Non-negotiables:- Belief in the mission: discipline over chaos, performance over noise- Willingness to invest both capital and effort- Ability to take ownership without waiting for direction- Comfort operating in uncertainty- Strong execution mindset- Respect for trading as a craft, not a shortcut to moneyInvestment Requirement- This role comes with financial ownership.- We're not entertaining "free equity" mindsets.- Investment range: ₹50L – ₹80L, depending on your role and expertise.- You receive equity, revenue share, and co-founder rights as we scale.Ideal BackgroundsYou don't need to be a trader, but you must bring a strong, tangible skill set.- Tech Co-Founder- Experience with SaaS, dashboards, automation, or community platforms- Ability to build MVPs quickly (code or no-code)- Understanding of product, UI/UX, and scalable system design- Community/Growth Co-Founder- Previous experience growing online communities (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit)- Strong marketing instincts- Ability to turn content, engagement, and systems into consistent member growth- Finance/Operations Co-Founder- Background in fintech, prop trading operations, investment structures- Ability to build revenue models, commission systems, and partnerships- Strong with numbers, analytics, and operational disciplineIf you're an active trader, that's an added advantage.What You Will Own- Growth strategy and community operations- Platform and product development- Partnerships with prop firms, educators, and expert traders- Acquisition funnels and retention systems- Scaling Piplab into a respected global brandWhy Join Pip Lab- You gain real ownership and influence from day one- You build a performance-led trading ecosystem with long-term potential- You work with serious traders, not surface-level noise- You enter early with equity in a scalable global product- You become part of a mission to uplift the trading space with integrity
