Integration Manager
to join a high-growth WealthTech platform backed by a reputed financial services group.

This role is central to ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable integration rollouts across product, engineering, and third-party teams. You'll lead projects involving real-time APIs, message queues, and file-based workflows with middleware as the control layer.

What You'll Do


• Lead and deliver middleware-based integration projects end-to-end


• Define integration scope, milestones, success metrics, and SLAs


• Coordinate across product managers, engineers, and external vendors


• Manage all integration workstreams: real-time APIs, batch jobs, SFTP, MQs


• Ensure compliance with data privacy, API security, and operational risk norms


• Validate transformation rules, contracts, and test plans


• Create and maintain detailed documentation of workflows and dependencies


• Report delivery status, risks, and blockers to senior stakeholders

What You Bring


• Total experience of 4+ years


• 5+ years of project management experience in FinTech, SaaS, or WealthTech


• Strong understanding of integration via middleware – REST APIs, SFTP, MQs


• Familiar with API gateways (Kong or similar), systems, Kafka/RabbitMQ


• Knowledge of financial data formats like FIX, OFX, XML, JSON


• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
