Integration Project Manager

About the role:

The successful candidate will lead and manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver integration projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues to ensure project success.
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective problem-solving.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading project or integration management roles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
