Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments
- Handling travel arrangements and itineraries
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Acting as a liaison between executives and staff/clients
- Managing confidential information with discretion
- Assisting in project coordination and follow-ups

- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Communication & Coordination

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and edit communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely follow-up on decisions and tasks.
- Project & Task Management

- Track key business initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and strategic plans.
- Monitor and update progress on action items from meetings.
- Research & Analysis

- Conduct market and business research to support decision-making.
- Prepare summaries, briefing notes, and analytical reports for the MD.
- Office & Event Management

- Organize company events, board meetings, and official gatherings.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of records and documents.
- Qualifications & Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as an EA, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
