Application Support Engineer
with strong
Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Technical)
expertise to support and troubleshoot critical business applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, maintain system stability, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Role Overview

As an
Application Support Engineer
, you will act as a "software detective," identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across business-critical systems. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations while contributing to documentation, process improvement, and technical knowledge sharing.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Independently resolve production and application issues and act as an
    SME
    when required
  • Troubleshoot software and system issues across multiple application components
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high system availability and performance
  • Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving sessions
  • Provide work-related problem solutions and root cause analysis
  • Assist in documenting processes, solutions, and support procedures
  • Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices
  • Contribute to service improvement and operational excellence

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Technical)
  • Experience in
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Platform
  • Solid understanding of
    CRM architecture and integrations
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
  • Database management and data migration processes
  • Experience working with
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical components

Job Requirements

  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    in
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Technical)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
