Role & responsibilities

Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Perform custom development using .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Administer Azure tenant, Entra ID (Azure AD), and security configurations.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, telemetry, and optimize environments.
  • Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
  • Oversee Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployments.
  • Execute environment upgrades, patches, and deployment automation.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM configuration, customization, and environment management.
  • Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, pipelines, and release automation.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, APIs, Dataverse SDK.
  • Knowledge of Azure services, identity management, and security best practices.
  • Experience with performance tuning, system monitoring, and telemetry tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM technical support or development
