The OpportunityAs Senior Recruiter you will own the recruiting strategy and drive execution. You'll partner up with business stakeholders and work with them in closing complex technical roles. You'll also help in building a strong brand and support stakeholders in making the right recruiting decisions by providing necessary insights.

What you'll be doing

Partner with leaders to address hiring needs, use market insights to target top talent, develop strategic recruitment plans, and ensure closures of complex roles.Build talent pipelines for current and future jobs through use of technology

Navigate complex hiring situations, develop solutions, fix broken processes, and implement improvements to lead efficiency.Analyse data to create relevant insights, empowering leaders and Talent Acquisition as a function to make informed hiring decisions.Optimize Interview Process and hire keeping in mind key recruitment metrics, like source-of-hire and time-to-hire

What you bring to the role : 6 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Technology hiring), preferably with a start-up/ e-commerce/ product organization

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding

Experience in leading technology hiring for a business unit

Experience working closely with the leadership stakeholders

Ability to keep a high bar for candidate experience, and interview processes

Experience in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making

Have expertise with Ms-Excel, understanding data and creating dashboards & reports

Should have problem first mindset & should be high on ownership
