We are seeking an experienced Office Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting the team in achieving company goals. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
- Implement office policies and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge of budgeting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
