**About the Role**

Tarrina Health is looking to hire a competent professional for the role of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will help boost the sales of health products in small towns and villages by developing relationships with clinics, medical stores, provision stores and department stores. The Sales Representative will promote the Tarrina Health ordering platform to stores and hospitals. The Sales Representative will also conduct marketing campaigns for TH’s health products by organizing and leading seminars, awareness drives and other events in the regions identified by TH. He/she will have at least 2-3 years of experience in consumer product/pharmaceutical sales, health awareness and marketing work. He/she will have exceptional communication skills, be a quick learner, have good numeracy skills for daily sales accounting, be a team player and be willing to travel daily.

**As an Sales Associate/Sales Officer, the responsibilities would include**:

- Demonstrate or present and promote the Tarrina Health platform and health products and services to retailers and hospitals
- Work under TH’s Managing Director to develop, execute and refine TH’s sales and marketing strategy
- Quick learner and comfortable with using mobile apps at work
- Meet monthly sales targets in assigned regions through sales at medical stores, provisional stores, cosmetic stores, hospitals etc.
- Work efficiently with the growing team of TH and be flexible.

**Salary**: Rs. 16500 per month, based on relevant experience and skillset + TA/DA + incentive

**Benefits**: 21 days paid vacation per year, EPF contributions, learning and development budget

**Employment Type**:Full Time (6 months probation). Either party has the right to cancel the employment with 1 month of advance notice.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG or pharma sales in Gujarat
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Motivation to improve the health of consumers
- Ability to use smartphone apps, Google Maps, Google forms and MS Office
- Fluent in verbal and written Gujarati
- Working proficiency in English (to read contracts, do basic accounting of sales)
- Ability to travel everyday
- Valid driver’s licence if using personal vehicle
- Professional relationship building skills
- Honesty and transparency
