Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR & Compliance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR operations, compliance, and payroll management. Freshers with relevant academic background are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR operations including employee records management, onboarding & documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and compliance record maintenance.
  • Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) as per company and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and update HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance data and assist in audits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Fresher / 1–2 years of experience in HR, compliance, or payroll functions.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,500.00 per month
