Trainee - Electrical / Mechanical

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Technical Learning & Skill Development**
- Gain hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical systems, equipment, and tools.
- Understand company machinery, process flow, and maintenance procedures.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.

**2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Assist in routine preventive maintenance activities.
- Support in identifying faults and performing basic troubleshooting under supervision.
- Help in repairing or replacing mechanical/electrical components as instructed.

**3. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow all workplace safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Comply with company quality and operational standards.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions immediately.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain logs of work done, observations, and equipment status.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports for review by supervisors.

**5. Coordination & Teamwork**
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers or supervisors.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and stores.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
