Civil Project Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Execute construction activities (RCC, structural, finishing, etc.) as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Site Supervision & Monitoring

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce allocation.
• Ensure work progress is as per plan and timelines.
• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports (DPR, WPR).

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Implement QA/QC standards at site.
• Conduct inspection of works, materials, and methods.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory norms.

Cost & Resource Management

• Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
• Manage procurement and utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Track wastage and optimize resources.

Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare project reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Support billing, measurement sheets, and project handover documentation.
