We are a well-funded, fast-growing startup, and we're looking for a pioneering Product Manager to architect the AI-core of our platform. This isn't a traditional PM role; we're looking for someone who thinks, builds, and breathes AI.

The Role: Architecting an AI-Powered Future

As our AI-First Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the intelligence that powers our entire operation. You won't just be managing features; you will be identifying opportunities to leverage AI in everything we do—from creating magical user experiences and personalizing product discovery to automating complex internal logistics. Your goal is to infuse our product and processes with intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Champion an AI-First Roadmap:
  Own the product roadmap for core AI features, from our recommendation engine and dynamic scheduling to intelligent customer support and logistics optimization.
• Design Intelligent Systems:
  Go beyond traditional specs. You will architect AI-driven systems and workflows, defining how models, data, and user interfaces interact to create seamless experiences.
• Translate AI into Magic:
  Work hands-on with the latest AI tools and models to prototype and build. You'll translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into tangible, delightful features for our customers.
• Master the Prompt:
  You understand that the prompt is the new code. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and refining the prompts that power our AI features.
• Automate Everything:
  Identify and implement opportunities for internal automation to make our teams more efficient. You'll think in terms of workflows, triggers, and actions to streamline our business.
• Collaborate & Execute:
  Work closely with engineers, designers, and operations to ship AI features at high velocity, measure their impact, and iterate relentlessly.

What We're Looking For

• Product Foundations:
  1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products that users love.
• An AI-Native Mindset:
  You live and breathe AI. You are constantly experimenting with the latest models and tools (like GPT-4, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) and have a deep intuition for their strengths and weaknesses.
• Proven AI Experience (Major Plus):
  You have hands-on experience building or shipping a product with a significant AI feature at its core. You can talk in detail about the challenges and successes.
• Systems Thinking:
  You can visualize and design complex systems, understanding how different components (models, databases, APIs, front-end) fit together.
• Prompt Engineering Skills:
  You have a knack for crafting effective prompts to get the desired output from generative AI models. You think about context, clarity, and control.
• Automation Obsession (Huge Plus):
  You have practical experience or a deep interest in using no-code/low-code platforms like
  Zapier, n8n, or Make
  to build powerful internal automations.
• Technical Curiosity:
  You're comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers and have a desire to understand how AI models work under the hood.
