We're scaling fast across Bangalore, and we want a creative leader who can shape how India sees Epik.
Role Overview
The Creative Marketing Manager at Epik owns the full creative engine — from idea to execution. You'll create campaigns that make people
feel
something, ads that convert, narratives that scale trust, and content that becomes impossible to ignore.
This role blends
creative strategy + storytelling + performance understanding
, and requires someone who can think fast, experiment daily, and push out high-quality creative at speed.
Key Responsibilities1. Build the Creative Narrative
- Own Epik's brand voice, tone, and storytelling across platforms.
- Lead creative ideation for campaigns around smartphones, home appliances, and emerging tech categories.
- Translate product insights into high-impact ads, scripts, and posts.
2. Lead Creative Production
- Guide scriptwriting, storyboards, shoot direction, and asset creation.
- Work with video editors, designers, creators, and demo specialists to bring ideas to life.
- Analyze top-performing creative trends across Meta, YouTube, and Instagram.
3. Drive Performance-Creative
- Understand CPL, CPD, hooks, angles, and thumb-stoppers.
- Build high-volume creative testing pipelines (Top-Funnel, Mid-Funnel, Remarketing).
- Conceptualize variations, iterations, and mashups that scale performance.
4. Collaborate Across Teams
- Work directly with founders, performance marketing, operations, design, and demo teams.
- Understand the product deeply — from smartphones to robovacs to air purifiers.
- Shape narratives that integrate demo experience, testimonials, UGC, and category insights.
5. Manage External Collaborations
- Work with creators, production houses, photographers, and agencies.
- Lead influencer storytelling, UGC pipelines, and product-demo based campaigns.
6. Brand Expansion & IP Creation
- Create new IPs (e.g., Gadget Baddies, Epik Army, Demo Diaries, 60-Minute Stories).
- Build high recall brand assets that differentiate Epik across the country.

- Strong synergy between creative, demo operations, and performance teams.

Requirements
- 4–7 years experience in creative marketing, brand building, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital ads, Meta performance, reels, hooks, and narratives.
- Ability to script, storyboard, and guide video/design teams.
- Experience with shoots, influencers, UGC, and high-velocity content creation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy startup environment.
- A portfolio that showcases storytelling + performance + visual thinking.
