**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of the visual communication of the brand and give direction to the design team for omni-channel assets
- Excellence of craft - from conceptualizing, visual design, brand, user experience, strategy, through storytelling and business results.
- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques
- Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual brand requirements
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all produced materials are brand appropriate
- Supervise and develop the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all projects with an eye for detail.
- Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
- Ensure high standards and quality across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and on brand.
- Create engaging content/Blogs /articles to build brand awareness.
- Working closely with the editorial and technical (video editor, videographer, and web designer) team.
- Update website content as needed
- Regularly produce various content types, including social media posts, blogs etc.
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
- Stay current on marketing and general industry trends to augment content development
- Work with content strategists to build editorial calendars
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of management experience on a marketing team
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, business or relevant field preferred
- Experience leading a creative team where you were able to inspire, mentor and drive team to reach goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
- Strong and confident presentation skill with the ability to present to executive management.
- Strong concept, typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly experienced working with photography and video productions developing creative assets, as well as, retail packaging
- Well versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms.
- Knowledge of best practices for both web and print as well as retail execution.
- Creative and strategic-thinking skills
- Proficiency in web-based research and SEO best practices

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
