About the Role:
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to drive measurable growth through paid advertising. You'll lead multi-platform campaigns that acquire customers, boost brand visibility, and maximize ROI for our hospitality and leisure clients. You'll own the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, and emerging channels, working closely with creative, analytics, and client success teams to deliver campaigns that convert.

Primary Goal:
Drive client acquisition, creator signups, and platform engagement through data-driven paid advertising campaigns that deliver consistent, scalable results.

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, and TikTok for both Bulba's growth and client campaigns.

Budget Optimization:
Manage multi-client advertising budgets ranging from £5K-£50K monthly, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

Creative Strategy:
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page experiences tailored to each platform and audience segment.

Audience Targeting:
Build and refine audience segments using demographic data, behavioral signals, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to reach hospitality brands and content creators effectively.

Testing & Experimentation:
Run continuous A/B tests on ad formats, messaging, CTAs, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters to identify winning combinations and scale performance.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, platform dashboards, and attribution tools; deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations [6].

Conversion Funnel Optimization:
Analyze user journeys from ad click to signup/purchase, identifying friction points and implementing improvements to boost conversion rates across all touchpoints.

Platform Expertise:
Stay current with algorithm updates, new ad formats, policy changes, and best practices across all advertising platforms to maintain competitive advantage.

Vendor Coordination:
Manage relationships with ad platform representatives, agencies, and third-party tools to leverage beta features, resolve technical issues, and access platform support.

Landing Page Collaboration:
Work with web developers and UX teams to create and optimize campaign-specific landing pages that align with ad messaging and drive conversions.

KPIs:

  • Cost per acquisition (CPA) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS) benchmarks by platform and campaign type
  • Click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rate optimization
  • Monthly active user growth and app download metrics
  • Quality score improvements and impression share growth

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years managing paid advertising campaigns with demonstrated ROI improvements
  • Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred)
  • Experience managing campaigns for B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or hospitality brands
  • Budget management experience across multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration
